    Marion Rousse director of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, the sponsors and ... the end of the Le Coq Sportif sponsorship?While she was commenting Paris-Tours on France Télévisions, Amaury Sport Organisation (A.S.O.), the organisor of the Tour de France and starting next year also of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, announced that Marion Rousse becomes the director of this new feminin version of the race.

    On RMC, Christian Prudhomme commented this announcement and also discussed the financial question of female races and thus necessarily the question about sponsors. And that gives us the occasion to talk about Le Coq Sportif as well .. or rather about its removal as a sponsor of the Tour, in a difficult financial context for the French brand.

    Looking back at the week: La Course by Le Tour de France, Paris-Roubaix 2014, ...There was quite some news in the cycling world this week, like for example the announcement of La Course by Le Tour de France, a new women's race, the first informations about Paris-Roubaix 2014, but also the first edition of the Dubai Tour and the start of the cycling season in France for example.

    Arthur Vichot (FDJ) will wear blue-white-red this year as the new French Champion!Under a nice sun on the roads of the Pays des Abers we saw a group of 11 riders get away from the peloton pretty early in the race in line men elite of the French Championships 2013 today. In the end, one of the riders of this group, Arthur Vichot manages to stay ahead with two other competitors and the rider of the FDJ team attacked at the right moment in the last kilometer to win the race and thus become the new French Champion.

    The blue-white-red jersey thus remains in Marc Madiot's team since Nacer Bouhanni put his precious jersey up stake this morning.

    In 2012 it will be the 16th year that Rabobank sponsors a cycling team. Indeed, in 1996 the Rabobank pro team started.
