This morning around 11.30AM, the start of the 2nd and last stage of the Tour du Haut Var-Matin 2012 took place on the Place de la Porte d'Hermès in Fréjus.
The first stage of the Tour du Haut Var took place today between Draguignan and La Croix-Valmer. This stage was won by Romain Hardy who thus will start in Fréjus tomorrow wearing the yellow jersey!

In the second stage of the 2011 Tour du Haut Var, Jérémy Roy (FDJ) was in front pretty much all day, but an animated final part of the race saw Julien Antomarchi (VC La Pomme Marseille) winning the stage. Thomas Voeckler (Team Europcar) managed to get rid of Samuel Dumoulin (Cofidis) in the final part of the stage and thus won the general classification of the race.
