  1. En 2013 l'Etat a rédigé une circulaire pour l'organisation des épreuves sur route.
    L'organisateur doit prévoir un régime de circulation bien défini(route ouverte, priorité de passage, route fermée).
    Les autorités détentrices des pouvoirs de police de la circulation doivent ensuite prendre des arrêtés spécifiques à chaque épreuve, et là ça se complique.

    Le coût pour les organisateurs est nul, mais le travail est assez important pour les collectivités vu le nombre et la diversité des épreuves.
