    The list of participating riders for the Tour de France 2016 and their bib numbersTomorrow the Tour de France 2016, 103rd edition of the Grande Boucle, will start at the foot of the Mont-Saint-Michel, in the Manche department which organises the Grand Départ this year.

    198 riders will be at the start of the race and in this article you'll find all of them, with their bib numbers so you can identify them in the race.


    Here's the list of participating riders for the Tour de France 2016, from Chris Froome to Florian Vachon, from the youngest rider of the Tour (the Norwegian Sondre Holst Enger, 22 years old) up to Matteo Tossato, who, at 42 years old, will participate in a Grand Tour for the 34th time, via the 32 riders who will participate, just like Sondre Holst Enger, in the Tour de France for the very first time:

    Arriver sur les Champs Elysées est déja en soit un exploit , et chaque coureur cycliste professionnel peut en etre fier . Ils pourront dire un jour à leurs petits enfants et oui petits , je l'ai fait !
    Alors pourquoi en ce jour de récompense qui s'annonce , devant tous ces jeunes et très jeunes champions montés sur le podium , qui heureux de le porter , vont enfiler le maillot de leurs victoires , ne pas créer un maillot dédié spécifiquement au coureur le plus en age, qui ferait son dernier tour de piste , en parade , sur la boucle des Champs Elysées mais seul à le savoir , sans meme qu'un micro ne soit venu le féliciter ?
    Se serait la une belle récompense pour ce jeune quadragénaire qui descendu de son vélo n'avait encore jamais eu l'idée , un jour , de se dire c'est aujourd'hui mon dernier tour ..Chapeau bas Monsieur , car si il est une victoire totale et sans faille au combien émérite , c'est à mon sens celle- ci qu'il faudrait primer en exemple pour que vive le Tour de France, au dela des marathoniens d'un jour qui font trop souvent la une de l'étape .
