The route of the 2026 Marseille Grand Prix La Marseillaise on OpenStreetMap, the time schedule and the race profile
Compared to last year, the route has been revised in a few places, notably the start and finish of the race, and the removal of the small detour via La Ciotat and the climb up the Route des Crêtes. This year, the riders will start at Château Gombert, northeast of Marseille, and will join the usual La Marseillaise route at Gréasque.
From there, they will head towards Fuveau, then Peynier and Trets, where they will begin the first challenge of the day, the climb up the Pas de la Couelle (7.7 km at 3.6%). The descent takes them to Saint-Zacharie, and they then continue towards Nans-les-Pins and Plan d'Aups, where they begin the climb up the famous Col de l'Espigoulier (3.5 km at 3.5%). After a winding descent, they will arrive in Gémenos and head towards Cuges-les-Pins for a short stretch in the Var before returning to Roquefort-la-Bedoule.
They then cut straight through Cassis before heading quickly towards Marseille, where they push further than last year when the finish line was at the Luminy Campus, to return to the usual finish line at the Orange Vélodrome.
