  1. My website has nothing to do with this race, but riders in the USA are interested in jerseys from Eritrea, and other places in Africa!! BUT the reason I want to write a comment, is I'm hoping to see a posting of teams, the riders selected for one of Africa's greatest, or best known races... this is a place where champions will be discovered, perhaps the Tour de France's future!?! -Jim

  3. Jani Tewelde won the first stage of the Tour of Eritrea on Wednesday 30 May for Team MTN-Qhubeka to take the lead in this UCI 2.2 rated race.
    Mekseb Debesay (Red Sea Camels) came in second and Yemane Bereket (Eritrean National Team) finished third. MTN-Qhubeka's Tesfay Habtemariam finished in fourth place.

  5. first let me correct the above comment the fourth place winner is not tesfay habtemariam but instead Tesfay Abraha. indead not cyclist in computing with the name Tesfay habtemariam.
    secondly let me let readers of this website know that the second stage of the 2012 Tour of Eritrea being conducted in Eritrea from may 30 to June 03 was won by south african cyclist vanrenesburg from MTN qubueka.
