1. The Grand Prix of Portland has been re-scheduled to the summer of 2016. It's anunced of official facebook page of GP of Portland https://www.facebook.com/GrandPrixofPortland

2. Thanks for the information Jonh, but the race has never been removed officially from the UCI cycling calendar, that's why it's still published here. The race organisor must remove it from the calendar if it doesn't (didn't in this case) take place.
